My new years resolution is to update this website more regularly, hopefully on a daily basis again.

To put these photographs in some kind of perspective the headland that the waves are hitting stands at over 30 metres high. The people also give some idea of scale..

Inter Island Walk 2010

The Inter Island walk took place today.
Lots of people took on the walk that started from St Martins and they walked firstly to Pentle Bay Tresco then across the southern end of Tresco exiting at Appletree Bay on the way to Samson, from Samson straight across to Bryher and then from Bryher back to Tresco.
I was on Tresco and was able to see the whole thing from various spots from Olivers Battery near Carn Near.
Well done to all those that took part, just wish the weather had been slightly better, it was quite cloudy with a fresh south westerly breeze.
